No Returns or Refunds Policy All sales are final. We cannot accommodate returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, allergic reactions, or any other reason once the product has been shipped.
Exceptions
We will only consider returns or refunds in the following situations:
- You received an incorrect product (wrong item or wrong strength/flavour)
- Your package arrived damaged, tampered with, or incomplete
